Magnífico

Magnífico washed ashore somewhere down by the city wharf many years ago. He's been swashbuckling his way around town ever since. He claims his privateer crashed shortly after take off and sank in the seas just to the south, but he was able to swim ashore. Magnífico has been seen at night silently rowing into the distant moonlight, with sparkling gold treasures onboard his little skiff.

Argh!

Could it be that
the real reason the pirates
overindulged in rum
was because the only
water they had available to them
was unsanitary to drink?
